About Air-Tech
A family-owned heating and cooling company in Pasco, founded in 2007
Every service call starts at one door on North Oregon Avenue. Here is who works behind it, what they promise, and who will be standing on your porch.
Who they are
One shop, one phone number, eight towns
Air-Tech is a family-owned HVAC company. It was founded in 2007 and works out of the shop at 325 N Oregon Ave, Pasco, WA 99301, where the Air-Tech sign hangs between a Trane sign on one side and a Mitsubishi Electric sign on the other.
The crews drive out to Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, Benton City, Prosser, Finley and Burbank. The office takes calls Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the shop runs 24-hour emergency service for heating and cooling breakdowns outside those hours.
Not sure the street you live on is covered? The service area page lists every town, and a call to the office settles any doubt.

What they promise
Four promises, in Air-Tech’s own terms
Air-Tech’s own promises are short and easy to hold them to. They apply to a furnace swap in Kennewick and to a new home in Richland alike.
Recommend the system that fits the house or the building, not the priciest one on the truck.
Finish every installation and every repair to a professional standard before the van leaves.
Be reachable when a system quits, which includes 24-hour emergency service.
Keep looking after the systems Air-Tech installs, so they run reliably for years.
Licences and recognition
2007
The year Air-Tech opened. Google shows 4.8 stars from 484 reviews.
Licensed and insured in two states
Air-Tech holds Washington contractor licence AIRTESF899MN and Oregon CCB licence 228495. That licence number is also painted on the side of the vans, so you can check it against the state register before anyone comes inside.
The shop is also one of only two HVAC contractors in the Tri-Cities certified to install AeroBarrier, the computer-controlled air sealing process for new homes. You can read how it works on the AeroBarrier page.

What they install and service
Every brand on the street, plus the two on the shop sign
Air-Tech is a Trane dealer and a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor, and it services all brands. The names the team works on include Trane, Mitsubishi, American Standard, Carrier, Daikin, Lennox and Rheem.
The shop takes on commercial HVAC as well as homes. A rooftop unit goes up by crane and comes down the same way.

The work itself falls into ten lines. Pick one to see what a visit looks like, or read about the AT Advantage Program if you would rather have the system checked twice a year.
