About the equipment
What an in-duct air purifier is for
Every bit of air in the house passes through the ductwork whenever the system runs. An in-duct purifier mounts in that path, usually at the air handler or furnace, so the air is treated as it moves instead of one room at a time. It is a way to add air cleaning to a system you already own without a separate unit sitting in a corner.
It suits a house with working ductwork, and a technician has to look at the system before recommending one. Browse the accessories page for the other air quality products Air-Tech installs, or read about indoor air quality service to see how a visit starts.
