Where the crews drive

Pick your town

Every town gets the same ten lines of work, from furnaces and air conditioning to heat pumps, ductless and indoor air quality. The town pages say what each place asks of a heating and cooling system.

  • Pasco

Pasco is home base. The shop at 325 N Oregon Ave is here, so a call in town starts with a van leaving the lot and ends back at the same tan gable.

  • Kennewick

Kennewick swings from hot summers to hard winter mornings, and homes range from old duct systems by the river to new builds in Southridge. Air-Tech covers both.

  • Richland

From North Richland near the Hanford B Reactor site to South Richland near Badger Mountain, Air-Tech services heating and cooling in all of the town.

  • West Richland

West Richland is on the western side of the Tri-Cities. Air-Tech's crews come from the Pasco shop for furnace swaps, cooling replacements and ductless installs.

  • Benton City

Benton City is a small town on the Yakima River, and it gets the same full range of heating and cooling work from Air-Tech as the bigger towns.

  • Prosser

Prosser sits in the Yakima Valley's farm and wine country, and Air-Tech's crews drive out from Pasco for furnace, heat pump and cooling work all year.

  • Finley

Finley is rural, with long duct runs, outbuildings and shops, and Air-Tech brings the full range of heating and cooling work out from the Pasco shop.

  • Burbank

Burbank is a small town by the Snake River. Air-Tech does repairs, replacements and maintenance, and also the furnace and duct questions that renovations raise.

For home builders

AeroBarrier reaches past the eight towns

Residential calls stay within the eight towns above. New construction is different: Air-Tech offers AeroBarrier air sealing to home builders across Washington and Oregon.

The process seals the building envelope to a target ACH50 and comes with a pre and final blower door test. Air-Tech is one of only two HVAC contractors in the Tri-Cities certified to install it. Read how AeroBarrier works or look at HVAC for new construction, which often goes in on the same build.
