Air-Tech wants this website to work for everyone who needs a furnace fixed, an air conditioner replaced or a question answered. That includes people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, larger text, or who simply find a small phone screen hard going.
We are not making a formal claim about the site. It is a small business website and it will have rough spots. What we can promise is that a real person at the shop will help you get what you came for.
If something on the site is hard to use
Call the office at (509) 392-2021 or write to callairtech@gmail.com. Tell us the page and what got in the way. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and a phone call is always enough to book a visit, ask about a system or get an answer without touching the site at all.
The emergency line runs around the clock, so heating and cooling breakdowns never depend on a form loading or a menu opening.

If a page was awkward, a button was hard to find or something did not read clearly, we would like to hear it. Each note gets read, and the ones that point to a real problem get looked at.
